Returns:
- You will receive return instructions with every order.
- These are printed on an A4 page (packed with your order) that includes your order details, a return address label and returns form.
- All items should be returned in original unworn and undamaged condition. We cannot accept damaged and/or worn items.
- Our returns period is 60 days from order date.
- We do not cover the cost of the item being returned to us. You can use any courier or service you prefer. Refunds are issued as soon as we receive the return item (in original and unworn condition).
- Payment will be Refunded to the payment source you used when placing your order.
Exchanges:
- All items being returned for an exchange should be returned in their original unworn and undamaged condition.
- You have 60 days from original order date to return an item for exchange.
- We cover the cost of sending exchange items but we do not cover the cost of the item being returned to us.
- You can use any courier or service you prefer.
- Exchanges are dispatched as soon as we receive the return item.
